Corrupting Youth on Dates

Image: http://www.smartdestinations.com

I was once on a date (I know it is hard to believe) and the guy took me to an exhibition of ancient Egyptian artifacts.

Of course we got into the discussion of Mitzrayim and all that it represents to the Modern Jew.
I commented here and there on tiny gadgets and offered my pshetlach in a half serious half-joking manner.
Finally, he looks at me with this expression bordering between confusion and awe and he says:

"I sure hope you will never become a teacher. You will corrupt all the innocent little kids."

He basically called me corrupt on a date. What in the world!

Um... that was the last date.

  1. You wouldn't corrupt them. You would "enlighten" them.

  3. I'm slightly confused about what exactly you told him... but yeah, that's a thought not worth expressing on a date.
